How to request a refund

To submit a refund or exchange request, contact the R2 HC administrator in Discord.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your request to speed up processing. Your request will be reviewed within the standard two-day response period, and we will notify you of the result by email or Discord. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases after notifying you.
The user may request a refund within 12 hours after funds are transferred to the site owner, provided that the user has not used the electronic coins during that time.
If the refund request is approved by the R2 HC administrator, payments are returned as follows: • Credit or debit card payments are refunded within 3 business days. • Bank transfer and check payments are refunded within 7 business days, with transfer costs paid by the user. • Other payment methods are refunded within 5–7 days.
If applicable, the R2 HC administrator reserves the right to suspend a refund until we receive a completed product destruction letter signed by you. Electronic coins received from competitions or as bonuses have priority over purchased electronic coins and are not subject to compensation.
